Hi, my names Megan and I am the founder and owner of MGH Administrative Assistance. I have over 10 years experience in customer service and admin ranging from data entry to complaints handling. There are no tasks too big or too small I can undertake. I have many years experience working with KPI's and CSI scores and have a track record of improving these over time by applying my skills to the business.
I have large experience working within the automotive industry and its fast paced nature has taught me a lot over the years.
I think of myself as a friendly, approachable, professional so if you just need a pair of hands to muck in here and there get in touch today. It would be lovely to meet you.
How it works -
Initially we will need to set up a meeting to discuss your requirements, so I can build a package of hours and cost to suit you. I can do this via zoom or whatsapp video call and I can be flexible with the times for this. It will usually be around 15 minutes and is just a quick informal chat. I will then get a proposal sent over to you within 24 hours. You are welcome to request adjustments to tasks/hours if you need more/less from me. We can then set a date for the work to start and I will send over an introduction form and contract. This just protects us both with the information we will be sharing with each other.
